It is my understanding that bras due to the elastic in the fabric should never be worn back to back (as in same bra two days in a row)... also because that area sweats a lot and that can cause problems with fabric I dont think I would ever consider going three wearings before washing. I use a very delicate hand wash soap and wash like your video before I even saw it and hang to dry once patted first... I wash after one wearing at the very most when I am desperate 2. But I guess I have a big enough bra collection to get away with that. Just my two cents not that I am an expert anywhere close to your level when it comes to laundry.
